About me
As Chief Customer Officer at EnergyCAP, I serve the Customer Solutions team, overseeing all post-sale customer-facing functions including Onboarding, Implementation, CAPture Services, Customer Success, and Support. My role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, streamlining processes, and driving successful engagements to ensure customers realize rapid value from EnergyCAP’s solutions. I work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, support strategic growth, and deliver consistent, high-impact results for our diverse customer base, which includes government agencies, universities, and private corporations.
Prior to joining EnergyCAP, Behringer served as a Principal Investigator at the Penn State Applied Research Lab, leading research and development of decision support technologies. Behringer also co-founded a social-gaming company, managed process improvement initiatives at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, led event services teams at the 2002 Winter Olympics, and supported natural gas scheduling and storage optimization at PPL.
Behringer graduated with High Distinction and Honors from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and also holds a PMP certification.
