About me
Eskender McCoy is an Energy & Climate Program Manager in the Energy Division of Baltimore City's Department of General Services, where he supports utility account management, energy data programs, and efficiency initiatives across City facilities. He leads the water utility efforts of the Baltimore Energy Data Initiative (BEDI) and the software deployment of an Energy Management Information System (EMIS) in the city's downtown core.
Eskender holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Ecology from Princeton University. Prior to his municipal work, he led enterprise software implementations for service-focused organizations.
